This is a revised edition from 1978 with dust jacket.

This edition had changed the methods of earlier canning.

A great book and reference for freezing & canning food from frozen main dishes, breads, desserts, home-canned jellies, jams, pickles and relishes.

Great reference and cookbook.

Dust jacket has a couple tears but book is in great condition.
