Pickard Salt & Pepper Shakers


 Pickard began in 1893 in Wisconsin and moved to Chicago at the end of the 20th Century. The company specialized in hand-painted art pieces and dessert and tea sets. Artists from the Art Institute of Chicago and all over Europe to decorate the pieces. In 1920's Pickard developed a fine china dinnerware. In 1930 the factory moved to Antioch, Illinois. 

All patterns are decorated with 24K gold. 

This beautiful set measures: 2 1/4" tall x 1 3/8" diameter (base)  Rose & Daisy pattern in a "All over gold technique" 

Vintage 1933-34.

Simply timeless.
